TEHRAN – Iran’s First Vice President Eschag Jahangiri told Euro news in an interview that European countries have been confronted with a great test of their history since the Second World War regarding the nuclear deal with Iran calling them to take concrete action, Mehr news reported Wednesday.
Eschag Jahangiri said that Iran is satisfied with the political support of the three major European countries of the United Kingdom, France and Germany for the Iranian nuclear deal.
However, the first vice president, said that Iran had not yet seen any concrete steps taken by these three European countries to implement the agreement.
He also called on the EU to maintain its independence and not give in to American pressure, saying that Europe has now faced a great test of its history since the Second World War.
